I have been tagged by the Fuelmyblog crew with the ‘Eight things about me’ meme. Kevin wrote the following “Anne Helmond: We see your face and yet never have any contact until now!” So it is time to show my face and share some random info/facts with you.

Eight things about me

  1. I secretly wish I had a MacBookPro but I can’t afford one. I am quite happy with my widescreen Compaq Pressario notebook though.
  2. On top of my wishlist is not the new iPone but a 17-70mm f/2.8-4.5 or 24-135mm F2.8-4.5 or something similar lens. My favorite lens is my 50mm f/1.8 lens but I need something more multi functional for concert photography.
  3. This summer I am participating in the Digital Method Initiative at the University of Amsterdam, more info soon.
  4. I have read every single Harry Potter book and I cannot wait until it’s summer vacation and read the final one.
  5. I’m subscribed to so many web 2.0 and social networking sites that I have lost track. I didn’t even remember I was on Facebook until someone wrote on my wall.
  6. I met a few great people on a Dutch social networking site who I still see on a regular basis. We organized a few foodbattles, a cooking competition. The next edition will be a Wii snack party where we will showing off our snack making skills and of course our Wii skills.
  7. I have been online for twelve years and cannot live without Internet for more than a week.
  8. I want to fresh up my Spanish so I recently printed some Spanish papers on blogging. My favorite Spanish Internet word is hiperenlace which means hyperlink.
